Sorry about this folks, but I have been working on the latest post, but for some reason my moods seem to be changing every 10 minutes and it’s become very hard to finish anything I’ve started. I am half way through a decent update post on where I’m at at the moment, but that isn’t finished yet.
Based on that, I thought I’d post some of the cool things I’ve been playing around with recently:
PDF Creater is a really simple to use free PDF creater that appears as a printer on your system once installed. Then when you have a document that you want to convert, very simply you just print it out and select “PDFCreater”. It gives you the options that you require and then just generates a PDF for you. Nice and simple. Even better than that you get extra options to save it as a gif, EPS, JPEG, PNG, PCX etc. A great, easy to use, free tool.
Slax is a cool distro of Linux that fits nicely on a CD, or if you play a little bit (and you don’t need much effort) on a bootable USB key.
LineRider is the biggest productivity killer you will ever come across. I just don’t “do” games, but this…… this is something else!
