Projects

We all know the world is not enough, and I’m the same as almost every other guy out there… I love doing “things”. Ever since I was a kid (in the rapidly fading past) I have been keen on doing things “outside my day job”. In fact I liked it so much that sometimes I couldn’t even work out what I wanted to do as my “day job”.
I’ve always been a “tech” guy, and as a kid I was oh so very smug that I always knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wanted to be an “Engineer”. Well, as it turns out, that just makes things EVEN MORE complicated.
Since I first knew I wanted “to be an Engineer”,  I’ve worked (amongst other things) as….

  • An Assembly Technician
  • A Manufacturing Engineer
  • A Design Engineer
  • A Programmer/Developer
  • A Project Manager
  • A Systems Engineer

It’s this constant exploration that has led me to play around with other “Projects” in my spare time. Some have been attempted business ventures, others just a bit of fun. Either way, I’m proud of all of them, whether they’ve worked for me or not because I believe that if you stop trying new things, pushing yourself and getting involved, then you’ve lost.
Go explore.
